New Features and Release Date of the 2025 Polaris Sportsman 570

We all know Polaris as one of the premier ATV/UTV manufacturers in the game today, and that promises to continue with the new Sportsman 570 lineup, already an established favorite in the ATV world but with some tricks up its sleeve for the new model year.

The Sportsman 570 is a 2-up ATV that will be available in three distinct trims - the 570, X2 570, and 6x6 570, the latter of which a six-wheeler that we can't wait to see in action. The announcement of the new Sportsman models has caused quite a splash in the industry since they were introduced a couple weeks ago, but will they be worth it? Let's jump in and see!

We'll be going through each of the three new Sportsman trims to see what they all bring to the table for 2025 - keep in mind that each of the three models are hierarchical, so anything standard on the 570 will also be available for the X2 and 6x6 trims as well.

Best Features of The 2025 Polaris X2 570 Trim

Building on the foundations that the 570 laid, the 2025 Polaris X2 570 Trim is built for versatility and heavy-duty tasks. It features an industry-exclusive 400-pound dumping bed and a convertible passenger seat, making it perfect for both work and leisure. The on-demand AWD system enhances traction and control, while the new Turf Mode minimizes impact on delicate surfaces.

This trim also includes an enhanced service interval, reducing the time spent on maintenance and increasing ride time. All told, the X2 looks to be a great rider for anyone looking to do yard work or anything else around the home - that's not to say that it won't be equally capable off-road, but you'll probably get more use having it as a work machine.

How Is The 2025 Polaris Sportsman 570 Being Received?

In a word, community reaction has definitely been mixed to the Sportsman 570, but we'll start with the positives. ATV owners that we've talked to love that Polaris has brought a six-wheel option back on the Sportsman line, and the look and feel of these new machines are definitely a favorite of many.

However, that comes with some criticism in the pricing and model type department. The Sportsman 570 lineup starts at $10,000 for its base trim, and that might be a bit too much to ask if you're strapped for cash right now. Also, the general consensus in the market is that it doesn't make much sense to beef up the 570 lineup, which is considered the "baby" of Polaris ATVs, especially when compared to the Sportsman 850 and 1000 models.

One thing we know, though, is that the only way to know whether a machine rocks or sucks is by getting behind the wheel and driving one for yourself. It's too early to tell whether the Sportsman 570 lineup is truly worth it for everyone, because your driving needs will likely be different from the next guy. But if you've got the money and want a fresh new machine to work on the trails or yard, it might be worth pulling the trigger.

We'd love to hear what you think of the new Sportsman 570, and we'll be sure to fill you in as more information for it comes out.
